LinkedScore ("we") provides an AI tool that scores your LinkedIn presence and generates a personalized growth plan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: a.azad@linkedscore.app.
Your uploaded PDF and screenshots are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your plan. We do not store the uploaded files themselves. The generated plan is saved so you can revisit it from your private plan link.
We store your name, email, and the generated plan (including the answers and figures it was built from) so the product works: so we can email your plan, let you reopen your saved link, and improve the service. We keep this until you ask us to delete it.
When you unlock your plan we email it to you and add your address to our list so we can send occasional LinkedIn tips. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors (sub-processors) to run the service: Anthropic (AI generation), Supabase (database), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). We share only what each needs to do its job. Anthropic processes your inputs in the United States; that transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). PostHog (analytics) runs only if you opt in via our cookie banner, on EU infrastructure.
Your plan is generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). It can contain inaccuracies or outdated information, so treat it as guidance and apply your own judgment.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email a.azad@linkedscore.app and we will action it.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In the UK this is the ICO; in the EU it is the supervisory authority for your country.
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
