By using LinkedScore you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What LinkedScore is
LinkedScore generates an AI-assisted score and a personalized plan for your LinkedIn presence. It is guidance, not a guarantee. Scores, the Revenue at Risk estimate, and all recommendations are informational and should be applied with your own judgment.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise any specific result, reach, revenue, job, or follower growth. The Revenue at Risk figure is a rough estimate built from numbers you provide, not a forecast.
Your responsibilities
You confirm the information and files you submit are yours or that you have the right to use them. Do not misuse the service, attempt to abuse the API, or upload content you do not own.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit and of your generated plan. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid services
Optional 1:1 sessions and other paid services are provided separately and booked via the links in the product. Their scope and price are agreed at booking.
Right of withdrawal (paid sessions)
If you book a paid 1:1 session as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (your booking). To exercise this right, inform us (LinkedScore, email: a.azad@linkedscore.app) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
If you ask for the session to take place before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly consented before booking and acknowledged that you lose the right upon full performance. If you withdraw after such a request but before full performance, you owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Prices and VAT
All prices are total prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on the plan or for any indirect or consequential loss.
